Q. How much weight will my high chair hold?
A. The high chair will hold up to 45 pounds.

Q. How do I open the Prima Pappa?
A. Simply depress the red tabs on each side of the frame, and the high chair will lock open.

Q. How do I close the Prima Pappa?
A. To close the high chair chair you will move the red arrow and press down on the gray lever on the cross bar at the bottom of the high.

Q. Where is the model number located?
A. The number is under the upholstery, near the footrest of the high chair.

Q. Can I put the tray in my dishwasher?
A. Yes, it is safe to place the tray in your dishwasher, but only on the top rack.

Q. How do I clean the harness?
A. You may remove the harness and soak it in the sink or place it in the silverware tray of your dishwasher.

Q. How do I clean my upholstery?
A. We recommend that you wipe your upholstery with a damp cloth, then dry it with a towel. We do not recommend that you submerge the upholstery in water.

Q. Is my tray adjustable?
A. No, the tray does not have height adjustments.

Q. If I have a stain on the tray, how can I remove it?
A. Apply a paste of baking soda and water, allowing it to set until the stain is drawn out.

A. The tray is easily stored on the back legs of the high chair.

Q. Is my upholstery stain resistant?
A. Yes. If needed, the stain-resistant leather-like cover may be easily removed and cleaned with a damp cloth. However, we do not recommend that you submerge it in water.
